Meeting agendas, supplementary packets, and minutes documents can all be managed through the meeting schedule center.
Updated versions of documents can be added and announced.
Updated meeting documents are automatically announced to all participants. Announcements can be sent on an immediate urgent basis or as part of a daily batch.
For public meetings, members of the public can subscribe to the document announcement system.
