Using an interface that resembles the newsletter itself, the staff members are able to enter content, automatically write a mirror web page, send preview copies, and, finally, send the newsletter to their subscribers.

Tobacco Free Oregon, the parent organization for the WorkSmokeFree campaign, publishes their e-News using the same web interface on Worksmokefree.com. The newsletter mirror page is automatically transferred to the TOFCO parent site.
